JP1 for Dummies

Boy, do I have a dumb question. I am reading JP1 for Dummies 1.1 and is says "The first program you'll need is IR3.01.zip (or latest), which you can download from the Files>Programs folder at the JP1 site." OK, Where is the JP1 site where I can input Files>Programs?
I'm not off to a very good start am I?

JP1 for Dummies is not up to date. The concepts are still mostly right but the details are wrong. The basic tools such as IR are in
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jp1/files/2.%20Tools/
and IR is up to version 3.21a, not 3.01
