JP1 Remotes

I have an application for the very inexpensive One For All URC 1050 remote.

Is the URC 1050 JP1 compatible/modifiable? If it is, does anyone know how much it would cost (Robman)to upgrade?

If there is a list that shows this remote (and others in the value/mainstream line) I haven't seen it. If ...

Follow-up question:

Is the UEI cable box remote line JP1 compatible (specifically the Atlas DVR, non day version)?

If so, can it be bought from this website? Or somewhere else?

Yes, all of my components have reasonable discretes or work-arounds. I was mainly trying to figure out if I could program the very inexpensive one-for-all remotes by software.
