And it has different values. I did not test it but its strange that it they would both work?

I have these codes from another site for the new WDTV Live remote but I don't know how to convert this into JP1 format for use in Keymaster?

How do I get the EFC3, EFC5 or ODB codes for these? or where can I put these in directly?
Also which of the NEC is NEC32-bit?

I am looking for all codes from a Sony DVP-NC685V 5 disc dvd changer.
I have a JP1 cable and a RS-2116 remote.

I bought a unit but do not have the remote control for it.

I tried to use the device combiner and created NEC1 and EMERSON devices and learned and programmed all my keys but when I tested it nothing worked.

I then put it to only NEC1 and all the NEC1 keys are working....
Any suggestions??

What is the more efficient method to conserve memory on the remote?

Yes I learned the devices from the existing remote.

I thought it was strange but when I analyzed why some of the keys were coming out as Emerson I realized it was all the keys that were shared with the VCR function. Then when I started learning the VCR only keys they were all Emerson protocol.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes I have a JP1 and yes I have all the software.

I tried learning some of the keys but I get conflicting protocols. Somekeys I get a NEC1 somekeys I get something else. Some keys I get no protocol at all. Plus I do not have the descreet codes.
Any suggestions?
