If I got a copy of Code Warrior could I use the JP1.x to download the flash, would that help anyone?
I've sent this remote to OneforAll and they've "upgraded" it with new codes, could we compare a before and after image to help create the RDF for this remote?
Just let me know what I can do to help ...

Looking for URC-6690 RDF
I've made a 1.x cable and it looks like I can successfully connect to this remote but IR tells me that there's no RDF for a 10361036 signature.
Does anyone have this RDF created or can you help create an RDF for this remote. It's the Kameleon Hybrid. I can upload the IR file I create from a raw ...

Is a Dish Network Remote made by OFA?
I was wondering if the Dish Netwrk remote controls were actually just another model from One For All? I'd like to use my exisitng new Dish Network remote and program the AUX for a second receiver that has a different address.
I've read how to do this with a OFA remote but since I already have the ...

List of Remotes and features
I saw at one time an excel sheet with all the remotes and what features they have (JP1 connector, ...). Is there an updated list somewhere that I'm missing?
Thanks,
George

Do You Need the EEPROM
Hello:
I'm a little unclear whether you always need to have an EEPROM in order to change codes. For instance the URC-6011 does not have a JP1 connector nor an EEPROM. Is it possible to redefine what the keys are used for and still have the remote remember these changes or is EVERYTHING that we do ...

Can 1 Device use 2 protocols?
I have a product which uses RC5 communication. This forum has been great to help me create a working remote to communicate to it using a Kameleon. Thanks to everyone who has helped!!!
This product has some codes which use a RC5 address of 4 and then some additional commands which use RC5 address of ...

the 87C405 chip is a Toshiba microcontroller and would be the brains of the cable box. since the box powers up and changes channels then the MCU (microcontroller) is working fine as this is it's job.
