Turn PC into a remote via JP1 and UCR-6800?
I have the need to control IR devices (antenna rotor, VCR) in a 'lights out' environment. Is it possible to cause the remote to send IR codes by sending an ASCII sequence to the remote via the JP1 port? If this is possible and I knew the protocol/syntax then I could use VB6 to create a GUI to ...
