yupe,

If I edit the 3A33ext-notes.hex to match ElizabethD's version,
It returns back to the normal devices code of 000 no type errors and the default device macro defs are back in place.

Thx Liz... Sorry about the crash unclemilite.

Atlas 2.11 Extender

Hi:

I seem to get -1 bound errors and no pre-defined devices macros when I load this new extender.

All of the device selection numbers are 4095. Red of course and the types all show <error>.

The Comcast version does not do this.

I am using the lastest RDF 1.32

Capn:

I use extenders, no problems, except for the Vickyg problem of becoming addicted to them.

I just need to relocate that darn setup/shift key.

Thought there might be a single "shift" macro available without the full extender.

Vickyg:

You can put a macro that contains Setup on another key ...

Mapping Setup to another key

Hi:

I using the Atlas OCAP 1056B01 and was wondering is it possible to assign the setup key to another key that is more convenient to finger reach on the remote?

I want to do this without using an extender.

Thx

IR Widget

Got the IR Widget from Tommy.

What I wanted was a Super learning device to do whole remotes in rapid time.

WELL....IT'S GREAT. Buy one.

The sub-device was in question, but it displays if the transmission sends one.

Yes, you can use a learning remote and get the job done, but this device ...

I understand, I wasn't complaining I was just pointing out that with this remote one needs to be aware that the keys defs in the RDF may need to be changed.

I did just that I edited the RDF button names. No problem.

Ok, my Atlas 1056BG1 (Time Warner) has the same 30333033 sig.

The nuisance is that those labels (on mine) Help - On Demand - F1

don't match the RDF's. So just a heads up on that.

The Help is F1 encoded and my F1 - is really F2.

So unless one changes the RDF keys using these keys in a macro will ...

Capn Trips:

I'll change the name and include the space.

I looked on the web site no go. I guess very few of these were made.

I'll "geter done" one way or another.

binky123:

Thanks for the heads-up on the No macro or keymoves. :(

Makes it a wet blanket now. I use it for practice work.

Vickyg2003:

I did check there also.

The one you reference in that section is The Robman file that is not completed.

I'm looking for a completed one, as I am not up to speed on finishing the protocol section.

Any idea on the correct procedure in producing the digital jpg image for the map.

I also have one and would like to obtain a RDF for this model. Charter URC-2910B01
