You could likely solve your problem with a good UPS of "type 5" or better.
Type 5 means the UPS will shield your equipment from 5 forms of power problems including brownout. Most consumer UPS's are inexpensive Type-3.

I have an inexpensive "Prima" brand television that uses TV-0026. Candle, Citizen, and Goldstar also sometimes use this device code. Durabrand could be of the same pedigree.

My upgrade space seems ample. It’s the macro/keymove space that has run out, though I expect switching to the 15-1994 extender-5 will provide enough keymove memory.
