RS15-2116 Help
I am thinking of buying (today last day of sale) a Sony A/V Receiver
STR-DA3000ES. I love my RS15-2116 remote control. Can anyone
tell me if I will be able to program this remote to control this model
Sony Receiver?
Thanks

I tried reloading IR5.06 and still getting same results.
After clicking "Save AS" I change directory location. I also change the default file name of JP1-5.IR to something that tells me what remote I'm using. I have and use 3 different RS2116 remotes. There fore I have to change the default name to ...

Re: Saving IR5.06 files
When I save a file I get the dialog box and then specify where to save it
i.e. (jp15.06 Directory). After saving, the directory I specified has not received the files. When I do a file search, I then find them in the c: drive root directory. My OS is Windows XP. If I use older version (IR4.01) for ...

Saving IR File?
I'm just a novice using 5.06 and need a little advice.
When I save a file after editing, the file is saved to my root directory and not to the file location I enter. Is this normal? Am I over looking something?
Thank you for all the great work and devoted time.
Both the IR and TXT files go to the ...

I have the RS15-2116 remote. I use the JP1 Connector with great results. I've tried the extender for the 2116 but I can't understand how to use it. I've read all the text files that come with the extender but can't make anything work. Had a hard time with just the JP1 connector when I first started ...

create new code number?
For example: If I want a button to change channel to 354, I would make a macro to enter 3, then 5, then 4.
Is there a code for the number 354, and would it work this way.
Hope this is not a far out question.
Thanks
