ok tried a differnt protocol and it works , the maping is off but i think i just did some of the buttons wrong .. good news it that it's talking to the tivo now

ok ..
i currently only have RM as open office does not work with KM
i programed 90% of my tivo -2 buttons into my rs15-2104 , but i have run out of memory for learned codes.
now i can fire up the ir program , download all the stuff off the remote ( usb ) and see all the hex codes etc. ... i have ...

well like i said he is using the 15-2004 right now for the living room , and i don't mind spending the time to program it all for him ... but i still need to buy a new remote as he is looking at 8 devices at least ...

the site uses php .... php , perl , cgi ( just a form of perl ) java , asp , etc .. they will all run into the same problem .. lf/cr in files served on a web server breaks the code used to serve them ( asp on microsofts servers are a little differnt because it does alot of converting on the server ...

ya the 981 erased anything i put into it so it works .. and yes the cable 0476 is hardcoded into it , resetting doesnt seem to be able to get rid of that , not that i mind much , just means i cant program somthing into the cable button , no big deal as i need the codes for the cable anyway , what i ...
