JP1 Remotes

thanks, Rob. I found my cable and programmed my RCU810. The code 0054 worked great (0071 for my remote). I just wanted to post this for future reference if anybody is looking. Also, I think there are discrete input codes for Philips. I haven't tried them yet, but I will.

Rob, you said you can change how the backlight works with an extender...does that apply to other remotes, too? I have 3 RCU810's that I'd like to turn the backlight on with the press of ANY button. Acutally I'd love to put a tilt switch on it, but I'm afraid that if the remote is not sitting flat it ...

I did not...but if you join the yahoo group "omnifi" there is a ton of support for the product. plus someone created a jp1 code, but I have not tried it.
