JP1 Remotes

I have it Bookmarked so I won't loose it.

Boy, do I have a dumb question. I am reading JP1 for Dummies 1.1 and is says "The first program you'll need is IR3.01.zip (or latest), which you can download from the Files>Programs folder at the JP1 site." OK, Where is the JP1 site where I can input Files>Programs?
I'm not off to a very good start ...
