I will try the the learning again. I all-ways start by assuming that I did something wrong.

There are only a few codes I still need to get this device right.

What is the info that is in the protocol section that starts with GAP?

I have learned all the codes of this DVD with an 8811 remote. I was going to use the information to create an upgrade for My 6131 remote.

The learned codes use more than one protocol. I have no idea how to handle that.

I think I will do the extender if for no other reason just to learn how.

I read the docs for the 6131 extender, and I do not understand why it wants the 1994 extender files.

I will read some more.

As of now I can turn on or off devices one at a time, and adjust inputs by hand.

I did this to limit trouble shooting.
