I got a dreambox Keyboard and learned the numerics keys but instead of XMP decodeir (1.10) describe it as sejin-1-38 protocol. don't know how correct this.

I tried again the 60 and 61 codes and they work independently of the remote model 7020 800 or 8000.

you can use this key only if your remote is recognized as V5 remote or keyboard not as simple remote.

Surprising. I assume that was a short press of magic, which should have given you a short blink and then the remote is ready for entry of the five digit EFC number. No short blink and not ready
