You'll have to explain in much greater detail what you actually tried to do and what didn't work.
I just downloaded the following Xbox One file, then I opened it using RM and changed the selected remote to URC-8610 and it worked fine, so what issue were you having.

Hi, I am looking for IR codes to control Xbox One X or for a ready file if possible. I have been searching for hours. I found some codes for Xbox One but I could not upload them properly to my remote controller (URC 8610) using RMIR. Looking forward for your help! Thanks in advance.
