URC-7140 Don't work

I tried to reset the urc-7140 to the factory state. Devices are deleted. But urc-7140 does not work.
I have added 3 devices. On the 2nd or 3rd device, the LED will stay lit and I can not press any button.
I believe that in the urc-7140 the firmware damaged. How can I restore the firmware? :(

I made a new version v0.22c at same place http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=25218. This version replaces the calls to SETRTS/CLRRTS with SETDTR/CLRDTR in jp2_14connect(). The timing of the signal matches the original waveform seen on the RTS pin.

The first versions ...

The CH340G board is getting +5V from the USB connection. The datasheet for CH340G chip says it does support 3.3V or 5V. The chip inside the remote supports 3.3V or 5V also. My FT232RL also uses 5V from USB connection.
No. Pins GND + 14 pin on chip (RTS) = 5V.
In adapter based on the M74HC266B1 ...

The CH340G chip does provide RTS but the ebay link shows it only brings out DTR or CTS pin. You could solder a wire to the RTS pin on the cihp if needed.
Ok. I soldered the wire on 14 (RTS) pin of chip. But I decided to check what voltage this pin gives out. And my multimeter showed that with the ...

Have you checked FTDI FT232RL? Does this controller work?
The next week I'll get a FTDI FT232RL full-fledged com port. Can I check with your the last library that you uploaded?

I've made the changes to JP2_14Connect() so if it fails to get a JP2_14 Info and signature, it'll try toggling DTR. I've updated the file at http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=25218 and version is now 0.22b Beta.
I checked. As before, when downloading information from ...

I tried building a modified jp12serial.dll using mingw-w64 g++ but couldn't get the dll to load correctly in RMIR.

If someone can build it with the code changes, blackride can test it for us. I can test it as well on my remotes and build out a DTR interface to the FT232RL tester box.
Yes. I would ...

What to do with this file?
I do not know how to turn it into library jp12serial.dll :(

Hi blackride, I'm modifying an old JP1.X interface that used DTR as RESET so I'm looking into building the jp12serial code again in case you want to test with the CH340G USB serial adaptor board later. I modified the interface to use RTS as RESET but it is not working on a JP1.3 remote but works on ...

Now I have found a solution and now this is not a problem. Now the bit is not skipped, but also received as the first signal.
What did you do, did you re-write the code to ignore the toggle bit?

I added one more line to the second code (toggle bit). And the first signal is received, and the ...

It sounds to me like you are observing a toggle bit. Is this "2 codes" thing causing you a problem controlling your device, or are you just observing it and assuming that it's bad?

Rob, from what I gathered in the video, his device is kind of like an FLIRC which uses any arbitrary code set. All ...

On General tab, PVR is not assigned to Setup Code 4000, the one you edited on the Devices tab. It is still associated with your learns which you did not modify.

Also, your learns are completely different than Setup Code 4000. So how is that going to work at all?

I have already created new ...
