HDMI-CEC
If your TV supports HDMI-CEC (most TVs do now-a-days) the TV remote will control the Android box. With my Firestick, I can use either the Firestick or TV remote to control the Firestick, even though the Firestick uses RF.

This is my JP1 cable: https://www.ebay.com/itm/312234679584 If you click the drop down where it says option and choose independent, that is the one I have. I don't need a custom JP1 cable as each cable is on it's own therefore only needing 4 pins. I can label the header pins whatever I want this way ...

Robman I'm sorry i forgot to mention earlier that after mdavej posted his upgrade, I ended up trying it again and it worked. The first time I maybe missed a step or something.
Anyway with your current RDF and upgrade file, everything seems responsive! Ill try setting it up for all my devices again ...

Re: 340302 URC-6250BC0 Bell Fibe mxv4
One possible fix that did not work for me but maybe for your remote
is to in device upgrade editor change the tv device type of your upgrade to cable and maybe even change its setup code to one of the cable boxes that it supports
No Guarantees but might be worth trying
I tried this earlier with ...

With your upgrade, the right arrow goes up, left arrow prompts a message on the screen asking me to control the satellite box, the B (Green) button switches to hdmi 3. It's acting the same as when i was using it. Channels and volume work correctly. Others are not. The menu button doesn't even seem ...

As for my sony television, I'm having trouble getting most buttons to work in other device types. In other device types it seems all I can get working mostly are ...
