the IR capture and decode module I use as picture, it say could decode any NEC protocol.

I try it again, most button doesn't work , the channel down working , but the channel up doesn't work .

Mute button ( 11 ee 40) work as pause button
Channel down (11 ee 0F) work


How that happen ?
