Yes you are right i mean i learned the signals in Nova (captured the buttons). Then when i tried to Download the device using RMIR it just gave me the file which i uploaded before.

Yes i used IE. I think my system is not compatible. Windows 10 with latest IE. Any other solutions.

Also just to update you all i am able to control the box using the Nova C2 after uploading the signals from my original remote.

yes you are right i didn't do any setup. i went to the site now there are many errors in the site when i tried to give my email for registration it says already registered and also tried recovering password it says record not found.

Finally made it and downloaded the device from the remote.

How does this works with Nova C2??

Yes it is responding but the codes i have got are from the updated version instead the remote that came along with the box.

I see the box is not responding. i have reported to the h/w team. we will be getting new boxes by next two week's. i will update once i have got those. thanks though.

I opened that in RM and exported as a bin file and placed in slingbox. no luck doesn't work.
