JP1 Remotes

Hi,

I have everything working pretty well on my Nevo C2 but there's one thing I'd like to try.

When I want to go from Xbox to Cable, I don't want to send power commands and I would prefer a quicker method than going Activities/Cable. I want to use the input button to point to a macro or activity ...

Now that we've got the firmware loading ability (thanks!) is anyone capable of looking at the firmware and hacking it? I'd really like to see the capability to have the hardware Device and Activity buttons be programmable.

Well beyond my skills but wondering if anyone's taking a look at it?

Hey Johnny, $200 CAD converts to about $160 US. Just FYI, you can pick up the C3 on ebay for about $70 shipped now.

I am including the RF base and when I look on eBay I'm not seeing the $70 US ones. That said, I am not looking to gouge anyone, just recover most of what I paid. Happy to let it go ...

I've still got this kicking around so if anyone's interested, I am open to reasonable offers.

I have a nearly new (used for only a few days) Nevo C3 with RF base for sale. Protective cover not removed from screen.

Has all six IR emitters, although three have been opened and may require double sided tape to attach.

Will ship to Canada or the US at cost.

Thanks ... worked perfectly. I was hoping to start from scratch as it is for a different room, but the cable box is the same set of commands and the TV is the same brand (Sony) so it's a good starting point.

I have an Nevo C3 on order and thought I would get a head start on my config, but when I try to create a new file I get the following error:

RMIR cannot create a new remote image for this remote

Same error if I select the Xsight Touch.

I do know my way around RMIR, I use a Nevo C2 in our spare ...
