I'm not sure what you mean by this. The keys to run the two multi item macros are not shifted.
Do you mean that if a key has a multi item macro attached to it it can't also be used as a shifted key?

I noticed that the shifted keys in the Audio device are not appearing in the Key Moves tab in the RMIR programme.

My URC 3661 is not switching to the Audio device when the Stop watching HTPC macro is executed.
