I am trying to configure my slingbox which is connected to a CISCO PDS 2100 deco (from UNE Colombia).
I could to find a compatible RCU (ACT TV India Cable box) from the RCU list. But this configuration only works in the old slingplayer app. It does not works properly on the slingplayer web ...

Last week I had to reset my slingbox and when I did try to re-configure the custom remote I found that the Custom option dissapeared from the menu (when the custom remote is based on a listed remote) (Cable > RCN > Custom > ...).
Finally i could to configure the slingbox, using the windows ...

The all keys are working as expected

Ok, about the parental key and the "M" key:
other key can be the key below "9". Or is it disabled also?
If this is disabled, then the "info" key

Sorry, maybe what you expect is that I specify the original names instead of the customization ID, something like:

RCN-Synergy RCU---------- Slinbox RCU ---------------------Original RCU ---------- IR trans code
PPV key------------------ Custom / custom 15 key----------- Mosaic ...

I have two problems, basically:
1) The back key is not mapped (for example on the last key one)
2) The cutsom keys are relevant but are not mapped

PPV: has the same behaviour that VoD key (the original RCU does not have PPV key)
Music: ok
Help: ok
Favourite: ok (is disabled. The original RCU does not have FAV key)
A, B, C , D: ok
VOD: ok
List: ok
PIPs: ok

In the context of "normal" buttons, everything works fine, except:
- Last (back key)
- Vol +/- (these are associated with the player, but does not to the control the STB)
mute key (that is associated with the player, but not with the control of the STB)

I would like that the customized keys of the first slingbox RCU were re-distributed on the new one, as following:

RCN-Synergy RCU---------- Slinbox RCU
PPV key-------- Custom ...

I have tested the new remote and I found that some customized keys are mapped on the virtual keys and the others customized are absent

Finally I was able to configure it using the windows application. Following I will to check the button mapping

The wizard that I see, not match with the described on the article you are indicating.

When i select RCN, the manufacturer list only includes the list of models and the "other" option. If I select the "other" option, then the list of codes is enabled, but there are no way to select a customized ...

Thanks for your files. I am using slingbox pro HD.
I have tested the file you sent, but the RCU that i see is not the RCN Synergy one, is the same as previous remote, but with fewer buttons.

Ok, the Skin.rcn-synergy is the more similar to my actual remote.
On the slingbox assistant, the rcn synergy is associated to the RCN RC-U63CDR (Cablebox)
