When this happens, try the following:
Unplug the usb cable from the computer, wait about 3 seconds and plug it back in.
When you do this, do not close IR and do not unplug it from the remote. Then try to upload or download.

Need help - Replay 5k extender after 2k eeprom upgrade
OK, so I upgraded one of my Replay 5k remotes to a 2k eeprom, but am unsure how to get the extender to use the extra memory. I am sure the RDF needs modified but I am unsure what to change. Thanks!

Upload Error with Filebug USB Cables
There is a problem with the Delcom USB chip used in the Filebug USB cable. The chip programmer must have made a change to the code and it is now causing an error on all uploads to the remote. I will be contacting them Monday to discuss this issue. In the meantime, please send me an email at jp1 ...

I have isolated this problem to the Delcom USB chip. They must have made a change to the code they programmed into this chip because the older chips do not cause any errors. I would suggest you stay away from the USB cable with the IBM thinkpad's. I have heard from a few people who have had trouble with the usb and thinkpad combo.
