I have the IR remote how might I use it to modify the bin files that you have posted.

I use a set-top box made by Netgem. It is their 8200 model. The remote for the Netgem HD7600 works for all basic functions (on/off, channel selection, etc) but not for rec and time shift functions. I've looked hard and cannot find a suitable bin file - anybody out there that might be able to help ...
