It is becoming so weird now as my other device's remote which works perfectly before is giving me the same error message "Custom remote code not found. Please try a different code". I will try to fix it and then come back for update tomorrow. I need to catch some ...

One more thing that I was not so sure if I did correctly is the "device number", "Sub Device" and "Parm". Could you kindly advice on this as well?

1) Pronto Hex
2) IR timing data
3) Or the other models that use the same remote

I looked everywhere and I can't find the code for this model (Cisco Z367DVB STB for Taiwan).

I tried all IR codes for Cisco in slingbox, no luck. Also tried all Ciso codes in "Slingbox Binary Files forum". Even this similar model "Cisco Z368DVB SD Set Top Box" does not work!

Can someone ...
