John, I have finished going through the Nec1 1.253 upgrades. I found some likely candidates for the transport ( Play/Pause/Stop.).. keys.

If these don't work, or you need more functions, I've included the RDMU file as a starting point. You can test out the missing obc's to find the missing ...

No differences at all? The keys didn't perform the wrong function?

Check your procedure and test the transport keys and color keys again.

I found yet another upgrade with different values and updated the bin once again.

Give the new one a try, note that this time the bins are V2012
