If you can somehow get it onto the Logitech Harmony database I could do it. Do you know anyone with a Harmony Remote Control. Otherwise you can do it yourself:

I couldn't find the ST-4 HD, closest I could get was the JST-1. That uses similar codes to the Technomate 500 at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=8235
