JP1 Remotes

When I use ir.exe, it says my remote's code is 33143314 it could not find RDF file, It's missing in the RDF file diectory, any one knows how can I find it or create this file? Thanks

It's "universal electronics" remote control

The BIN files didn't work.
It's a remote control for a development STB not a production STB.
Th lirc file is from the box, it works with the box. Is there a way to just convert this lirc file into the BIN files?
