OK, sorry about the delay. I've persuaded the remote to spit out the info you asked for with a terminal program I have. The magic numbers are:
S<K$ and 31893189
(no local echo of I & V commands set in terminal)

That's brilliant, I can upload/download, load new devices and set macros from Remotemaster. Everything seems to work, is there anything else I should do to confirm this?I've uploaded an RDF here for the URC-3920.
