Who sells a Windows 10 compatible cable for my old EEPROM 6131s

My attempts to move my old usb EEPROM Delcom cable to W10 have failed along with my last XP laptop.
I still use the dozens of 6131s you sold me, and have no need to change,

I think it is easiest to make one more upgrade using the NEC1 executor with device 126. The upgrade would have only 1 defined function-- Power toggle at OBC 42. Then keymove this to the Power button (or other button)..

That worked like a charm.

I didn't bother with Rob's 0199 ...

I just added a request in the Diagnostic area. My 6131 native code 0176 was working well until I had to upgrade my Yamaha receiver, now only the power doesn't work. I learned it in another remote and did what I thought I knew to do in IR and KM with Rob's 0199 upgrade but it didn't work.

I have never had a converter box.
It is a simple thing.
Are you saying that Cable box codes work with it?

A friend inherited a TV and someone misplaced the converter box remote. I have tons of one for all's C7s nd I thought I'd fix him up.

That simple upgrade of the originator of the thread works (second link below). I can use it as it's own upgrade if all I want is V+ V-.

I want to combine Vizio TV (code0178) and Vizio Sound Bar in one RM or KM upgrade and have struggled with it for two days already.

jhkoenig's 1517 upgrade includes only V+ V- but the rest (five) functions missing or I'd be done already.
