How to assign learned codes

OK, I am trying to assign codes once they are learned and am meeting difficulties. I have read the documentation, but am still struggling.

I have learned codes for my Pioneer DVD player. I have uploaded the codes, and this is how they look:

When you upload the IR file to the remote does everything else for the DVD still work?

Have you tried learning the button to the 9910 from the original remote to see what it says it should be?

Just for the heck of it try $B0 $01

DVD_0571 on the 9910 uses a variant of the Pioneer protocol that uses 2-byte commands, so entering EFC's is not possible. On IR's Key Moves tab, you can enter the 2-byte hex code "73 01" (make sure the Hex Cmd radio button is selected).

Now that you have the jp1 cable you don't have to do any of the steps you outlined above.

1) Using IR, download your current configuration from the remote to IR.
2) Save the configuration so you can always go back to something you know worked.
3) Add the advanced codes on the keymove tab of IR

OK, just got my JP1 cable in the mail today. Have downloaded some files from the yahoo group and loaded them onto my remote (OFA9910), now I am trying to customize. I read the description of how to program advanced codes, and found the codes I want. Basically, I am looking to add Disc 1, Disc 2, etc ...
