After playing around with IR a bit more I noticed the only thing it really does is overwrite the code for Replay under the general tab. There is also a TV entry but that stays with all 0's.

It was my understanding by clicking on the download from remote button it should populate the general window ...

How would I do that exactly?

I got a cable and plugged it into my parallel port and attempted to download the stuff from my replay remote but nothing seemed to happen.

If/when I get this working, is it difficult to reconfigure the technics upgrade to just overwrite a couple buttons on the replay ...
