Re: Binary file for Kaon 1710

https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=14050

I created this bin file based on the bin for the ADB 3800 remote available in https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=8669. It succesfully works on a Kaon 1710 (including Channel Up and Down) and could ...

This is a comparison I made which compares the signal from adb code 1 and that from Rob's 1610 upgrade. As you can see, I made a check value below for the two signal marking those with difference larger than 20msec with value 1 and smaller with 0. Only the last bit is ...

Re: Perhaps this may help

Hi all
I have the same remote shown in this photo (extracted from this post):
http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img911/8242/WkePMr.jpg
It is also used by the Kaon NA1710 I'm testing now with a Slingbox 500.

NA1600HD binary files do not work: I carefully followed the steps in the tutorial but none of ...

USB to TLL Serial Cable Tool

Maybe I missed it, but it seems to me that so far the bin files haven't installed in the Slingbox. The colored buttons aren't enabled .

If the bin file hasn't installed, we have no reason to suspect that the supplied bin file is using an incorrect IR protocol. Conversely even if we are certain of ...

Oh come on George, give us a break. We are not psychic so just saying 'nop'is ridiculous. Are you saying that you were not given the option to learn a raw signal ? Or you were given the option but the signals were not picked up when you pointed the remotes at each other ? If the latter did you keep ...

Ok, that accomplished nothing. The Kaon N-1620 you uploaded uses the same code as the 1600 and the 1610.

When I look at the IR commands for the device they all have Database against them, which means the system is using standard codes. We are going to have to do some 'raw' learns to find out why ...

Why can't you learn the codes on the Harmony ? That would solve all your problems. And that is what the Harmony is designed to do. That link you posted is rubbish. All you need to do is install the VM1620 and then in the Devices Tab, go to the 'Learn IR' and then replace all the buttons marked ...

OK, I have been watching this with interest but it's probably time I dived back in :D

Rob: Can you confirm that https://hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=13676 is the latest test file ?

Vicky: As far as I know there is no problem with a higher signal, I have seen lots of ...

Have you read this...

If you have any problems installing these files please do NOT just report back it ‘doesn’t work’, that is totally useless for someone trying to understand what is going ...

Using Simpleset.com with my OARUSB04G, Cable 3288 is the Sejin-1-56 IR protocol. I have uploaded a trial upgrade which still would need to be converted to a Slingbox bin file, presumably including a PID 0161 protocol upgrade. If the executor is too big, I imagine that we can create a smaller non ...

We have Sejin-1-N as a selectable protocol in RM, so I changed the protocol to that, which results in single byte command codes and a 116 byte executor

The following zip file includes the RM file and 2 Slingbox bin files. I renamed the setup code to CBL/1328 to make it fit. I assigned the dash ...

I was expecting either a 4 digit code or a 5 digit code, yet you generated a 6 digit code with a space in the middle, so I don't know what to make of that.

Sorry!
It was late 2am and I was wrong

the correct number is 03288

thanks
