Thanks a million guy's (and gal's) , I now have hope, I'll make/get a JP1 cable and let you know

4. JP1/UEI Remote model: UEI - Atlas 5 (DVR) 1055, UEI - Millennnium 4
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? No (I'll get/make one if I can find the codes)
6. Still have original remote? No ...
