JP1 Remotes

vicky, I am using a device upgrade that I originally downloaded from here, then tweaked. I uploaded it to the diagnosis section:

Also I checked the specs of the ir repeater and it claims a frequency range of 34-60 kHz.

Only the Dish commands do not work in macros, and when pressing non-macro Dish functions, I must hold the button down. Other commands in a macro work fine.

vickyg, the macro works fine without the ir repeater. With the ir repeater, the dish commands do not work in a macro, and non-macro dish ...

Anything in a macro won't work at all. I tested if it was a duration or timing problem (as described in the readme under troubleshooting) and it seems to be a duration problem. Normal buttons will not work unless held down to increase the duration.

I just recently started using this remote and extender. I had my macros working nicely, then I added an ir repeater to my system, which seems to be a little more sensitive, and my macros aren't working. I have some understanding of assembly language, but not much (and its been a while). I also don't have a lot of time (2 jobs and 3 kids). If/when I do have more time, I will consider contributing. I was wondering if there has been an extender written for this remote. I checked the file section and tried to search, but couldn't find anything. I mainly would just like something so I can put macros on my device keys. Thanks for any help.
