JP1 Remotes

I finally found my Marantz in a box I had checked 3 times before. Loaded their CCF and I have no problem inputting repeated number channels such as 111 222 333 etc.

I'll load it up and give it a shot. It won't be til monday evening or tuesday though, I'm about to head out of town for the weekend and my tv is being ISF calibrated monday.

Dang. I was ready to load that one and give it a shot, but I realized my new laptop doesn't have a parallel port. Doh!

Updated the file to have the arrow keys be long presses.

I have updated the file to be all learns from the native remote.

I have updated the download above to remove, I think, all of the commands not for the device, as well as relearn some of the commands such as menu, and I added some commands I had missed earlier that I needed.

Yes. You are correct on the *, LiveTV, tv/vid and Tivo buttons are left over from whatever I last learned, looks like a dish receiver.

When I learned them into my Harmony, I had to get support to fix them up to work correctly there as well. Some of the codes I had to learn from the harmony ...

I have had a ton of fun JP1ing anything I could get my hands on. :) As for documentation, I think a little better description and examples of the special protocols would be nice. I still haven't figured out the device switcher, and before the latest IR, DSMs and LKP/DKPs took a little while to ...

I have been trying to get the device multiplexer working, but am just not getting it. I can't set more than one keymove to the same button, so how do I tell it which devices are supposed to be to each device button?

For my vote, put me down for the tooltip idea. That would just be nifty and not take up any additional space.

This is something that has been bugging me since I started visiting this site. There is no link to the forums from the main page. The closest thing is a link to some remotes for sale. How about a forums link on the main page?
