Thanks for the information -- I didn't mean to contradict myself, it was more a question - where did you find all of the known codes? You mentioned a devices list or something? I did find the Setup Codes web page but it seemed to not have anything on pvr type devices. More for curiousity now as I am ...

How to determine compatible EFC code?
I know, I'm starting to be a pain :) I'm so close to get my configuration down pat.
Now that my TV is working, I only need to get my HTPC running. Since it's LIRC, I can program the most flexible device. I found the code 1972 has almost all of the keys available that I would want.

Ok so further diagnosis shows that when I upgrade the remote with a new device, I can't actually assign that device to the TV button on the Atlas. When I download from the remote after uploading, the device assignments change -- specifically the tv always goes to 0047. When I try to set it using the ...

Building a Remte definition for my Daytek lm37
This is a follow on to my previous post regarding my Kameleon but since this is specific to the Daytek I thought I would start a new thread.
Usiing LIRCs learning ability, I captured the keys from my original Daytek remote control. Here is the entire lirc file:

JP1.x Cable, Kameleon doesn't respond
I received my jp1.x cable today. I wanted to test it with ir.exe so I connected it to my Atlas pvr remote and it reads things without a problem so I know the cable is fine.
My Kameleon 6962 only had the pads - I didn't get a pogo pin with my cable so since I'm quite proficient at soldering, I ...

PVR Config not complete
While I wait for my JP1 cable, I wanted to set up my LIRC with my HTPC setup. I have a serial IR receiver that will accept almost any codes.
So with my Kameleon URC-6962, I found that the Proscan code for PVR/Sat combo seemed to have the most keys needed for my HTPC. What it doesn't have is the Vol ...
