JP1 Remotes

yes indeed i'am using urc9960 (kamelon latest model)
i took it apart following tommy tyler's information .
the pins i soldered on it,came from an old pc motherboard,
after about 100 connect/disconnect no pb

i took mine apart ,and did a soldering job
to have a jp1 ,and some glue to avoid
force on the pcboard

thanks to you all i use the us kameleon in europ .
2 beginners questions :
1: my macros are fine ,but i have pb when i put then on the
mode keys (vcr,cd,tv,etc)
2:can i program the kameleon device screens (or subscreens ...

i had the same pb ,
changed battery in my original remote ,redid a learning
and all codes went to NEC.
