I did not test out the remote fully, I won't be able to do that until this weekend. It does work for the buttons I needed though, power, mute, vol up and vol down.

The TV/0831 is an upgrade code. I tried 0030 but it did not work for power. Other functions were not tested. I also tried code search, but did not have any luck; hence my call to UEI. I would have to mail the device in to get the code added. I am hoping someone here has better access to the codes ...
