I have tested uploaded upgrade, but it doesn't work.
I have loaded code 1217 through JP1 interface, and I am sure is stored in EEPROM, because I can read it back.
But when I try to load 1217 in setup as TV device code I just got single blink.

I have measured coil continuity - it is 53 ohms.
What I have discovered that the LM339 quarduple op-amp does not have any power supply.
My understanding is that this op-amp is amplifying signals received from the coil, but it is only active in modem receive mode (otherwise power is cut out from this ...

My understanding is that EEPROM stores this part of library which is not factory default.
So, to check EEPROM, I have built parallel JP1 interface, open IR program and test the interface. Test was OK.
Then I've used the wav file to upload data to remote.
Everything went OK.
Then I've downloaded data ...

URC-9960 telephone upgrade problem

I have called tech support, obtained code for my equipment, and got wav file by email.
Problem is I can't enter program mode.
After pressing setup and entering setup mode, I supposed to press "other" once and enter "997". The IR should blink twice and screen should go blank.
In my case after ...
