Thank you capn. I want to give it a try anyway. How do you use the "device combiner protocol"?

Suppose I have a working .bin or .rmdu file for a sony dvp-cx985v and one for a samsung dvd/vcr combo. Now I want to combine them on one remote file intended for slingbox_ju. So i can use button functions for both devices using the one slingbox remote device input.
