JP1 Remotes

I have a Radio Shack 2116 remote. I used IR and KM to add an upgrade code for my Acer Wireless keyboard, using this file .

Everything works great (thank you thinker4d), except that if I hold a button down a hair too long, it repeats way too fast. If I click once extremely quickly, it works fine ...

I read "JP1 for Beginners Rev 1.1" and it specifies that we must download IR.exe and 3 spreadsheets from the yahoo group to get started...However, none of the specified files are there. I'm assuming they've been updated/renamed....
