Description: Emulates Toshiba remote control model VC808, all functions.

Like all Toshibas, this machine is a TOAD, completely hopeless: no workaround that I can find (no keys turn it on while off except Power), and inserting a tape while off turns it on, thus fouling up TOADTOG.
