Notes=The B160 can respond to two different remote addresses modes, those being (0,15) or (14).  Some of the IR commands are only able to be recieved via address 14, and so it makes sense to use that as the default addressing mode.\n\nThe address is encoded in the fixed data, and only 5 bits are used.  The top bit is a 'start' bit, and then the next 4 bits are the address, bit flipped and in reverse bit order.\n\ne \= 1110b\nflipped & inverted \= 1000b\nadd a leading start bit \= 1100 0nnnb -> 0xc0\n\nThe 'scan station' function needs access to the 'DOT' functions, which uses address 9 in the IR data stream.\n
