File - NEC1, 2 device, with held Record button
Description: This version of NEC1 supports 2 devices and also supports a long hold of any button. The assumption is that no buttons use OBCs in the range 32 thru 63. To make a button have a long hold, add 32 to its OBC.

You supply the minimum number of repeats via the first fixed byte. The normal NEC1 devs are in fixed bytes 2 and 3.
