from forum user teddy_m. this is an rmir file created following a factory reset (977 code) of an inteset 422-3 remote.
after that reset the remote will no longer process the 'channel master dvr+' factory code of 04465, but will still accept three other factory device codes.
hopefully the file can help in troubleshooting the 04465 problem?
