Includes complete hex code functions for models 2003-2013. The first 3 bytes (pairs of hex digits) correspond to device, subdevice, OBC in NEC1. The 4th byte on those functions showing it is OBC2 for NEC1-f16. This protocol can also be used on 3-byte codes by using 255 - OBC1 = OBC2.
